Customer Engagement Coordinator

We are searching for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our dynamic E-Commerce team.Ā
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, ensuring best-in-class customer service, merchandising product in a way that reflects tactical activity and sale trends, as well as providing online operational support.Ā
The primary purpose of this role includes but is not limited to the following:
- Managing online customer enquiries
- Managing relationships with Online Platinum, Gold and Silver clients
- Ensuring best-in-class customer service
- Website Merchandising
- Providing online operational supportĀ
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- 1 year experience in a customer service roleĀ
- Fashion experience preferred but not essentialĀ
- Friendly and professional written and verbal communication skillsĀ
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelĀ
- Strong time managementĀ
